According to Rzeczpospolita, officially Brussels does not comment on the implementation of the so-called milestones before their implementation, and the one that is to lead us to the payment of funds from the National Reconstruction Plan (KPO) is the act liberalizing the location of wind farms on land. Unofficially, however, we hear that there will be doubts as to whether this “milestone” will fulfill the obligations towards the European Commission.
