The regulation published in the Journal of Laws states that the obligation of renewable energy sources with the exception of biogas plants in the next year will amount to 15.4%. The obligation related to the purchase of certificates issued for energy production in agricultural biogas plants will amount to 0.6%. The regulation will enter into force on November 30, 2016.
