On 26 September 2019, the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 10 September 2019 on projects likely to have a significant impact on the environment was published in the Journal of Laws.
The Regulation will enter into force within 14 days from the date of its publication in the Journal of Laws, which will take place on 11 October 2019.
