In connection with the COVID-19 threat, Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne informed that they allow submitting applications for determining the conditions of connection to the transmission network in an electronic way.
As PSE informs, the application for determining the connection conditions should be prepared on the template available on the operator’s website, and the required attachments should be prepared in the form of Word documents (doc / docx), editable PDF documents or scanned documents in the form of one PDF file.
All files should be provided with qualified electronic signatures, within the meaning of the Act of 5 September 2016 on trust and electronic identification services, submitted in accordance with the applicant’s representation in the form of internal signatures and sent to the e-mail address provided by the operator. The date of receipt of the documents will be deemed to be the date of receipt of all files in the operator’s mailbox.
