On 12 April 2019, the Draft Act amending the Construction Law Act and some other acts was published on Government Legislation Center website.
The project envisages, among others, changes in the scope of formal requirements for the implementation of the PV investment and agricultural biogas installation.
In accordance with the letter of intent, the draft in question may be submitted to public consultations within 21 days.
