Published by the Government Legislation Center (RCL) draft act on organizing tasks for state defense implemented by entrepreneurs and the economic mobilization program was directed to departmental consultations.
According to art. 3, the entities dealing with, among others generation and distribution of electricity may be included in the list of enterprises of special economic and defense importance and thus subject to obligations defined, inter alia, in art 10 of this Act.
