On May 4, the Ordinance of the Minister issued a Regulation of the Minister of Climate on the reference price of electricity from renewable energy sources in 2020 and the periods for producers who won the auction in 2020.
No modifications were made to the reference price for installations using wind energy and solar radiation, compared to the previous draft regulation.
Reference price for installations:
- with a total installed electrical capacity of not more than 1 MW, which uses only onshore wind energy to generate electricity, is PLN 320 / MWh (no change compared to 2019);
- with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW, using only onshore wind energy to generate electricity, is PLN 250 / MWh (the price in 2019 was PLN 285 / MWh);
- with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is 360 PLN / MWh (the price in 2019 was 385 PLN / MWh);
- with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is 340 PLN / MWh (the price in 2019 was 365 PLN / MWh);
