On 25 June this year, on the website of the Government Legislation Centre, the following were made available:
Draft Regulation of the Minister of Energy amending the Regulation on the annual report on greenhouse gas emissions in the life cycle of fuels and electricity.
The draft regulation amends the existing regulation on reporting by the Energy Regulatory Office and the National Reduction Objective to the European Commission through the European Environment Agency from the National Reduction Objective on the basis of the implementation of the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) amending Council Directive (EU) 2015/652, which establishes calculation methods and reporting requirements in accordance with Directive 98/70/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the quality of petrol and diesel fuels in the Polish legal order. The aim of directive 2015/652 is to unify the rules of calculation and methodology for monitoring the gradual reduction of emissions of fuels used in transport and electricity used in vehicles.
