Today, i.e. on January 13, 2023, the government draft of the act amending the act on investments in wind farms and some other acts has been assigned the number of the Sejm print. The previously adopted government self-amendment concerning the allocation of at least 10% of the installed capacity of the wind farm to be taken over by the inhabitants of the commune as part of the virtual prosumer institution was attached to the Sejm print.
The draft was sent for the first reading to the Energy, Climate and State Assets Committee and the Local Government and Regional Policy Committee. Dates for committee meetings have not yet been set.
At the same time, print numbers were assigned to five other bills (3 deputies and 2 senates) amending the provisions of the act on investments in wind farms, which were also submitted for the first reading at the abovementioned committees.
