In the first half of this year, a bill will be created to liberalize the process of creating onshore wind farms – declared Minister of Development Jadwiga Emilewicz on January 16 this year.
We are after the first meeting of the inter-ministerial team. We will carry out a legislative review related to wind farms. There is a distance issue, among others.
In the first half of the year we want to be ready with the act. Then we will carry out extensive consultations, and the planned entry into force of the Act is January 1, 2021.
