During the Economic Forum 2019 in Krynica-Zdrój, Piotr Czopek, Director of the Department of Renewable and Distributed Energy, informed that the draft offshore regulation will appear within two months.
This is one of the elements that responds to environmental challenges and we will act in this respect. The participation of offshore in the Energy Policy of the State until 2040 did not find itself there by chance, we are hoping for that. We identify many areas that need to be changed. I hope that in the near future there will be a draft law facilitating investments. The draft regulation concerning the sector will appear within two months – said the Minister.
