The President of the Energy Regulatory Office informs that by 31 August this year industrial customers are obliged to submit the information about the Energy Regulatory Office of the Republic of Poland:
- the amount of electricity purchased for own use in the year of implementation of the obligation,
- meeting the conditions referred to in Article 53 paragraph 1 of the RES Act,
- performance of the obligation referred to in Article 52 paragraph 1 of the RES Act – in the case of industrial customers referred to in Article 52 paragraph 2 point 1 of the RES Act;
The obligation applies to industrial customers (within the meaning of Article 52(6) of the aforementioned Act) who submitted the declaration referred to in Article 52(3) of the RES Act and were included in the Information of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 8/2019 on the consolidated text of the list of industrial customers who submitted the declaration referred to in Article 52(3) of the Renewable Energy Sources Act.
