On 24 September this year, a meeting of the Senate Environmental Commission took place. During the committee meeting, no amendments to the amendment of the Environmental Protection Law were tabled.
The Act provides, among other things, for the creation of noise maps valid for cities with more than one hundred thousand inhabitants, at main roads, railways and airports, which will be valid for 5 years.
The document will then be debated in plenary session of the Senate.
