Producers wishing to obtain support for the period from January 1, 2019, should by April 15 this year. submit an application to the Settlement Administrator for the payment of a guaranteed premium in relation to:
- electricity produced from high-efficiency cogeneration in an existing small cogeneration unit that is part of a source with a total installed electrical capacity of less than 1 MW,
- electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration produced in an existing cogeneration unit with an installed electrical capacity of not less than 1 MW and less than 50 MW, fed into the grid and sold,
for the period from 1 January 2019 to the day preceding the decision on admission to the guaranteed premium system.
However, it should be remembered that only after obtaining the decision on admitting the guaranteed premium to the system, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the Producers will be able to apply to the Settlement Administrator for the payment of the guaranteed premium.
