{"id":9575,"date":"2020-06-10T10:11:20","date_gmt":"2020-06-10T08:11:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=9575"},"modified":"2020-06-10T10:12:03","modified_gmt":"2020-06-10T08:12:03","slug":"aukcja-na-premie-kogeneracyjna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/aukcja-na-premie-kogeneracyjna\/","title":{"rendered":"Cogeneration premium auction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">On June 8 this year<\/span> <span title=\"\">the first auction for the cogeneration premium for the sale of electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration has started this year.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">New or significantly modernized cogeneration units with installed capacity from 1 to less than 50 MW may participate in the auction.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">The maximum amount of electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration whose sales can be covered by the premium is 12 TWh, while the maximum value of this premium is over PLN 2 billion.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">For electricity producers located outside of Poland, the maximum value of the premium is over PLN 103 million (with a maximum amount of 0.6 TWh of electricity).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">The auction is won by auction participants who offered the lowest amount of cogeneration premium (i.e. subsidies to the energy sold from high-efficiency cogeneration), whose bids together did not exceed 100%.<\/span> <span title=\"\">value or quantity of electricity specified in the auction announcement, and 80%<\/span> <span title=\"\">the amount of electricity covered by all offers submitted.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Such a solution &#8211; the so-called<\/span> <span title=\"\">competition enforcement rule &#8211; rejects 20%<\/span> <span title=\"\">most expensive offers and aims to eliminate the possibility of winning the auction by all its participants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ure.gov.pl\/pl\/urzad\/informacje-ogolne\/aktualnosci\/8870,Dzis-rusza-aukcja-na-premie-kogeneracyjna-Combined-Heat-and-Power-CHP-Wartosc-pr.html\">Wi\u0119cej<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 8 this year the first auction for the cogeneration premium for the sale of electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration has started this year.
