In connection with preventing the spread of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection, guided by responsibility for the health and safety of stakeholders and employees of the Office, direct customer service at the Energy Regulatory Office is suspended until further notice. This means that no personal contact with ERO employees is possible, and all matters should be addressed to the Office by phone or by correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, guided by the need to ensure efficient circulation of documents and optimization of the duration of proceedings conducted by the President of the ERO, the office asks for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
