Prezes URE informuje, jak b\u0119dzie kszta\u0142towa\u0107 si\u0119 realizacja obowi\u0105zku w zakresie uzyskania i umorzenia \u015bwiadectw pochodzenia oraz \u015bwiadectw pochodzenia biogazu rolniczego albo uiszczenia op\u0142aty zast\u0119pczej za 2016 rok, po wej\u015bciu w \u017cycie przepis\u00f3w ustawy z 22 czerwca 2016 r. o zmianie ustawy o odnawialnych \u017ar\u00f3d\u0142ach energii oraz niekt\u00f3rych innych ustaw (Dz.
