Projekt powo\u0142uje Fundusz Niskoemisyjnego Transportu, kt\u00f3rego celem jest wspieranie rozbudowy infrastruktury paliw alternatywnych oraz tworzenie rynku pojazd\u00f3w na te paliwa. Do paliw alternatywnych zalicza si\u0119 m.in. biopaliwa, energi\u0119 elektryczn\u0105 i gaz ziemny.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"bodyContent\">\n<p>\u015arodki, kt\u00f3rymi b\u0119dzie zarz\u0105dza\u0142 Fundusz Niskoemisyjnego Transportu dotychczas znajdowa\u0142y si\u0119 w bud\u017cetowej rezerwie celowej. Dotychczas by\u0142a to wy\u0142\u0105cznie rezerwa celowa, teraz dodatkowo \u2013 \u015brodki przekazywane przez operator\u00f3w elektroenergetycznego systemu przesy\u0142owego w wysoko\u015bci 0,1% kapita\u0142u zaanga\u017cowanego w wykonywan\u0105 dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107.<\/p>\n<p class=\"trescpisma\">Projekt wprowadza:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nowe mo\u017cliwo\u015bci wykorzystywania tych \u015brodk\u00f3w finansowych,<\/li>\n<li>rozszerzenie katalogu dzia\u0142a\u0144 i rodzaj\u00f3w paliw niskoemisyjnych, kt\u00f3re mog\u0105 by\u0107 obj\u0119te mechanizmami wsparcia,<\/li>\n<li>poszerzenie \u017ar\u00f3de\u0142 finansowania instrument\u00f3w wsparcia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fundusz zostanie powo\u0142any z dniem 1 stycznia 2017 r., natomiast finansowanie zostanie uruchomione w roku 2018.
