{"id":7287,"date":"2020-05-05T15:10:26","date_gmt":"2020-05-05T13:10:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=7287"},"modified":"2020-05-05T15:22:15","modified_gmt":"2020-05-05T13:22:15","slug":"projekt-rozporzadzenia-ws-cen-referencyjnych","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/projekt-rozporzadzenia-ws-cen-referencyjnych\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulation on reference prices published in the Journal of Laws"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">On May 4, the Ordinance of the Minister issued a Regulation of the Minister of Climate on the reference price of electricity from renewable energy sources in 2020 and the periods for producers who won the auction in 2020. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">No modifications were made to the reference price for installations using wind energy and<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">solar radiation, compared to the previous draft regulation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">Reference price for installations:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">with a total installed electrical capacity of not more than 1 MW, which uses only onshore wind energy to generate electricity, is PLN 320 \/ MWh (no change compared to 2019);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW, using only onshore wind energy to generate electricity, is PLN 250 \/ MWh (the price in 2019 was PLN 285 \/ MWh);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is 360 PLN \/ MWh (the price in 2019 was 385 PLN \/ MWh);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is 340 PLN \/ MWh (the price in 2019 was 365 PLN \/ MWh);<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dziennikustaw.gov.pl\/DU\/2020\/798\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Regulation on reference prices published in the Journal of Laws<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On May 4, the Ordinance of the Minister issued a Regulation of the Minister of Climate on the reference price of electricity from renewable energy sources in 2020 and the periods for producers who won the auction in 2020.
