{"id":7148,"date":"2020-02-21T09:20:04","date_gmt":"2020-02-21T08:20:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=7148"},"modified":"2020-02-21T09:24:37","modified_gmt":"2020-02-21T08:24:37","slug":"pse-przystepuja-operacyjnie-do-europejskiej-platformy-kompensowania-niezbilansowan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/pse-przystepuja-operacyjnie-do-europejskiej-platformy-kompensowania-niezbilansowan\/","title":{"rendered":"PSE is joining the european imbalance compensation platform operationally"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">According to the statement published by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., tests on the exchange and settlement of balancing energy carried out in the production environment under the European Imbalance Netting (IN) imbalance compensation mechanism have been successfully completed.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">From 10:00 February 18 this year, <\/span><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Polish Power Grids will operate operationally at IN.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">After joining IGCC, PSE &#8211; like all operators joining the IN mechanism &#8211; will start a transitional period of up to 12 months.<\/span> <span title=\"\">During this time, experience will be gathered regarding the impact of the IN mechanism on the operational security of KSE and connected power systems.<\/span> <span title=\"\">Operational limits will also be applied during this period, in relation to the resulting interconnection capacity on the synchronous profile.<\/span> <span title=\"\">They will be successively increased, with PSE not planning to apply limits greater than approx. \u00b1 500 MW during the transition period.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">In justified cases, operating limits will be adjusted according to the current operating conditions of the National Power System.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">Accession of PSE to IGCC, under which the IN mechanism is implemented, constitutes the fulfillment of the obligation arising from art.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">22 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017\/2195 of 23.11.2017 establishing guidelines for balancing (Guideline on Electricity Balancing, EBGL).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pse.pl\/-\/pse-przystepuja-operacyjnie-do-europejskiej-platformy-kompensowania-niezbilansowan?safeargs=696e686572697452656469726563743d747275652672656469726563743d253246686f6d65\">PSE communication<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to the statement published by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., tests on the exchange and settlement of balancing energy carried out in the production environment under the European Imbalance Netting (IN) imbalance compensation mechanism have been successfully completed.
