{"id":6591,"date":"2019-12-30T13:19:52","date_gmt":"2019-12-30T12:19:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=6591"},"modified":"2019-12-30T13:22:23","modified_gmt":"2019-12-30T12:22:23","slug":"krajowy-plan-na-rzecz-energii-i-klimatu-na-lata-2021-2030-przekazany-do-ke","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/krajowy-plan-na-rzecz-energii-i-klimatu-na-lata-2021-2030-przekazany-do-ke\/","title":{"rendered":"National energy and climate plan for 2021-2030 submitted to the EC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"intro\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">On December 30, 2019, the Minister of State Assets submitted to the European Commission the National Plan for Energy and Climate for 2021-2030, thus fulfilling the obligation imposed on Poland by the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"intro\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The document was adopted by the Committee for European Affairs at its meeting on December 18, 2019.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The plan sets the following climate and energy goals for 2030:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\"><span title=\"\">7% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions in non-ETS sectors compared to the level of 2005,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\"><span title=\"\">21-23% RES share in gross final energy consumption (the 23% target will be achievable if Poland is granted additional EU funds, including<\/span> for fair transformation), taking into account: <\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">14% share of renewable energy in transport, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">annual increase in the share of renewable energy in heating and cooling by 1.1 percentage point percent<span title=\"\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">average annual increase in energy efficiency by 23% compared to PRIMES 2007 forecasts, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">reduction to 56-60% of coal in electricity production.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/aktywa-panstwowe\/krajowy-plan-na-rzecz-energii-i-klimatu-na-lata-2021-2030-przekazany-do-ke\">More in Ministry communication<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 30, 2019, the Minister of State Assets submitted to the European Commission the National Plan for Energy and Climate for 2021-2030, thus fulfilling the obligation imposed on Poland by the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council.
