The Council of Ministers on December 19 this year adopted the bill to amend the Construction Law and certain other acts (RCL no. UD16). <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 8 bill with Sejm print no. 121<\/a> was directed to be reviewed on theInfrastructure Committee meeting<\/a>, which will be held on January 15 at 14.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The amendment is a continuation of the legislative process RCL no. UD507<\/a>
held in the previous term of office of the Sejm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bill assumes, among others introduction of a five-year deadline for annulment of the building permit and occupancy permit decisions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The amendment will include further exemptions from the obligation to obtain a building permit, inter alia, for gas installations carried out inside and outside the building, or above ground terraces. For example, water melioration facilities will be exempt from notification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
