{"id":6296,"date":"2019-11-22T14:22:26","date_gmt":"2019-11-22T13:22:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=6296"},"modified":"2019-11-22T14:24:50","modified_gmt":"2019-11-22T13:24:50","slug":"ministerstwo-rozwoju-pokieruje-m-in-dzialami-budownictwo-oraz-planowanie-i-zagospodarowanie-przestrzenne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/ministerstwo-rozwoju-pokieruje-m-in-dzialami-budownictwo-oraz-planowanie-i-zagospodarowanie-przestrzenne\/","title":{"rendered":"The Ministry of Development will manage, among others construction and spatial planning departments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">As follows from<\/span><\/span> <em><a href=\"http:\/\/dziennikustaw.gov.pl\/du\/2019\/2261\/1\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Regulations of the Prime Minister of November 18, 2019 on the detailed scope of activities of the Minister of Development<\/span><\/span><\/a><span id=\"dnn_ctr491_ViewAct_lblTitle\">, <\/span><\/em><span id=\"dnn_ctr491_ViewAct_lblTitle\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">he will manage the following departments of government administration:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">1) construction, spatial planning and housing; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">2) economy; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">3) tourism. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">3.<\/span> <span title=\"\">The minister is the administrator of parts 18, 20 and 40 of the state budget. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">4.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">The Minister is assisted by the Ministry of Development. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">5.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">Bodies subordinate to or supervised by the minister are set out in the Annex to the Regulation (<em>Chief Land Surveyor; Chief Inspector of Building Supervision; President of the Central Office of Measures; President of the Public Procurement Office; Patent Office of the Republic of Poland<\/em>). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The Regulation shall apply with effect from November 15, 2019. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">November 15<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">In 2019, Jadwiga Emilewicz was appointed as the Minister of Development.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As follows from Regulations of the Prime Minister of November 18, 2019 on the detailed scope of activities of the Minister of Development, he will manage the following departments of government administration: 1) construction, spatial planning and housing; 2) economy; 3) tourism. 3.
