class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">whose purpose is to implement the obligation to provide cross-border transmission capacity to market participants at a level not lower than 70%<\/span><\/span><span id=\"more-180874\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">The action plan was prepared for a synchronous profile, i.e. cross-border connections with the Czech Republic, Germany and Slovakia, and for an asynchronous connection with Sweden.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">However, it does not apply to the Poland &#8211; Lithuania interconnection, for which, due to international obligations, the 70% target<\/span> <span title=\"\">is to be implemented from the beginning of January 2020.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The Action Plan draft consists of: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The main document &#8211; the Action Plan draft; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Annex 1 &#8211; Methodologies for determining linear trajectories; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Annex 2 &#8211; Lists of linear trajectories.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Comments on
