{"id":6136,"date":"2019-10-22T09:10:05","date_gmt":"2019-10-22T07:10:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=6136"},"modified":"2019-10-22T09:22:00","modified_gmt":"2019-10-22T07:22:00","slug":"ure-oglosil-pierwsze-aukcje-w-2019-r","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/ure-oglosil-pierwsze-aukcje-w-2019-r\/","title":{"rendered":"ERO announced the first auctions in 2019."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">The President of the Energy Regulatory Office announced the first auctions in 2019 for the sale of electricity from renewable energy sources.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\" title=\"\">According to the schedule provided by the Energy Regulatory Office, the auctions will take place on November 25 and 26 and on December 2, 3 and 4 this year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Electricity producers in renewable energy sources installations who have obtained confirmation of submitting the declaration referred to in Art.<\/span> <span title=\"\">71 section<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">4 of the RES Act can participate in auctions with:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\"><strong>1. existing installations with an installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW:<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">using only biogas obtained from waste landfills, including high-efficiency cogeneration; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">using only biogas obtained from sewage treatment plants, including high-efficiency cogeneration; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">using only biogas other than obtained from waste landfills, treatment plants<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">sewage or agricultural, including in high-efficiency cogeneration; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">constituting dedicated biomass combustion installations, including high-efficiency cogeneration; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">constituting hybrid systems, including high-efficiency cogeneration; constituting installations for thermal waste transformation, including high-efficiency cogeneration; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">constituting dedicated multi-fuel combustion installations;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">2. existing installations with an installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW using exclusively agricultural biogas for electricity generation, including high-efficiency cogeneration,<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">3. existing installations with an installed electrical capacity of not more than 1 MW:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">using only hydropower to generate electricity; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">using only bioliquids to generate electricity; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">using only geothermal energy to generate electricity; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">using only offshore wind energy to generate electricity;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">4. existing installations with an installed electrical capacity of not more than 1 MW using exclusively agricultural biogas for electricity generation, including high-efficiency cogeneration;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">5. existing installations with an installed electrical capacity of not more than 1 MW:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">using only biogas obtained from waste landfills, including high-efficiency cogeneration; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">using only biogas obtained from sewage treatment plants, including high-efficiency cogeneration;
