href=\"http:\/\/prawo.sejm.gov.pl\/isap.nsf\/DocDetails.xsp?id=WDU20190001524\"><em>Act of 19 July 2019 amending the Act on renewable energy sources and certain other acts<\/em><\/a> (hereinafter: the Amendment), below we present the recommended conversion factor for the estimated avoidance of carbon dioxide (CO2) ) in connection with the production of energy from renewable energy installations, which is a clarification of the recommendations set out in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ure.gov.pl\/pl\/urzad\/informacje-ogolne\/aktualnosci\/8414,Nowy-wzor-wniosku-o-wydanie-gwarancji-pochodzenia.html\">Energy Regulatory Office communication:<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>778 kg CO<sub>2 <\/sub>\/ MWh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">In the case of avoided carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, the most current reference point is the official data published by the National Center for Emissions Balancing and Management in the report<\/span><\/span> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/kobize.pl\/pl\/file\/wskazniki-emisyjnosci\/id\/130\/wskazniki-emisyjnosci-dla-energii-elektrycznej-za-rok-2017-opublikowane-w-grudniu-2018-r\">Wska\u017aniki emisyjno\u015bci CO<sub>2<\/sub>, SO<sub>2<\/sub>, NO<sub>x<\/sub>, CO i py\u0142u ca\u0142kowitego dla energii elektrycznej<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Pursuant to the Amendment, the guarantee of origin is the only document certifying to the final recipient the environmental values resulting from avoided greenhouse gas emissions, and the application for its issue must contain the estimated value of the avoided greenhouse gas emissions in connection with the production and introduction to the electricity network
