{"id":6064,"date":"2019-10-04T10:24:34","date_gmt":"2019-10-04T08:24:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=6064"},"modified":"2019-10-04T10:29:12","modified_gmt":"2019-10-04T08:29:12","slug":"rozporzadzenia-wykonawcze-funduszu-niskoemisyjnego-transportu-podpisane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/rozporzadzenia-wykonawcze-funduszu-niskoemisyjnego-transportu-podpisane\/","title":{"rendered":"Implementing regulations of the Low Emission Transport Fund signed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">On September 30, 2019, Minister Krzysztof Tch\u00f3rzewski signed two executive regulations for the Low-Emission Transport Fund.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"editor-content\">\n<div>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">The ordinances concern the detailed conditions for granting and accounting for the support granted from the funds of the Low-Emission Transport Fund as well as the detailed criteria for project selection.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">As a result, the Fund will be able to finance individual projects.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">The funds that have been earmarked for competitions will be a significant support for the development of electromobility, but above all will bring Poland closer to achieving the goals of low and zero-emission transport adopted in strategic documents.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">The scope of projects that will be able to receive support is very wide.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">Supported will include<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">entrepreneurs building charging and refueling points for vehicles fueled with alternative fuels, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">producers of ecological means of transport, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">local governments investing in clean public transport, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">producers of biocomponents, <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">entities that plan to purchase new zero and low-emission vehicles.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The fund will also support promotion and education in the use of alternative fuels in transport. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Legal acts have been submitted for signature by the Minister of Finance, the Minister of the Environment, the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology as well as the Minister of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">Immediately after the process is completed, the ordinances will be published in the Official Journal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"projectTitle col-xs-10\">\n<div class=\"rcl-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/legislacja.rcl.gov.pl\/projekt\/12321101\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Draft ordinance of the Minister of Energy on detailed conditions for granting and accounting for support granted from the funds of the Low-Emission Transport Fund<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"projectTitle col-xs-10\">\n<div class=\"rcl-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/legislacja.rcl.gov.pl\/projekt\/12319953\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">Draft ordinance of the Minister of Energy on detailed criteria for selecting projects to be supported by the Low-Emission Transport Fund<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"editor-content\">\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/energia\/rozporzadzenia-wykonawcze-funduszu-niskoemisyjnego-transportu-podpisane\">komunikat Ministerstwa Energii<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 30, 2019, Minister Krzysztof Tch\u00f3rzewski signed two executive regulations for the Low-Emission Transport Fund.
