The Energy Regulatory Office has published a communication informing about the outcome of the public procurement procedure for the development of the Internet Auction Platform to conduct an auction in 2019 for the sale of electricity generated in RES installations and system maintenance.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the course of the proceedings, one offer was submitted by Atos Polska S.A., which was considered to meet all the criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Considering the date of its implementation indicated in the terms of the contract (extension of the IPA system no later than October 31 this year) and the need for testing (November), the expected date of conducting the auction is the first half of December this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

The above, i.e. the use of the electronic form of conducting the auction, will allow the extension of the period necessary to obtain the decision of the European Commission unsuspending the application of part of the provisions covered by the suspension clause, regarding i.a. the extended support period under the auction system.<\/span><\/p>\n
