Walka ze zmianami klimatu powinna mie\u0107 charakter globalnego i solidarnego wysi\u0142ku, kt\u00f3ry ma na uwadze konieczno\u015b\u0107 zachowania konkurencyjno\u015bci gospodarek krajowych i ich suwerenno\u015bci w zakresie kszta\u0142towania miks\u00f3w energetycznych (artyku\u0142 194 Traktatu o Funkcjonowaniu Unii Europejskiej (TFUE) wskazuje, \u017ce ka\u017cde pa\u0144stwo niezale\u017cnie mo\u017ce decydowa\u0107 o swoim miksie energetycznym), realizacja cel\u00f3w polityki klimatycznej opartej o bilans zysk\u00f3w i strat oraz wykorzystywanie innowacyjnych technologii, w tym pozwalaj\u0105cych na wykorzystanie paliw kopalnych w spos\u00f3b bardziej efektywny i przyjazny \u015brodowiskowo (m.in. rozw\u00f3j kogeneracji i czystych technologii w\u0119glowych) – to tylko niekt\u00f3re z najwa\u017cniejszych zapis\u00f3w Stanowiska.<\/em><\/p>\n

W ocenie Ministerstwa Energii, dyskusj\u0119, kt\u00f3ra prowadzona jest wok\u00f3\u0142 problemu ograniczania emisji, nale\u017cy tak\u017ce skierowa\u0107 na dialog o zwi\u0119kszeniu zagospodarowania i poch\u0142aniania CO2 (np. redukcja emisji CO2 w wyniku wzrostu poch\u0142aniania gaz\u00f3w cieplarnianych przez gleby rolne, le\u015bne, lasy i torfowiska). Redukcja emisji to poprawa jako\u015bci powietrza. Wzrost poch\u0142aniania to tak\u017ce wzrost produkcyjno\u015bci gleb czy ochrona bior\u00f3\u017cnorodno\u015bci.<\/em><\/p>\n
