Wnioski przyjmowane b\u0119d\u0105 do 12 kwietnia.<\/p>\n<p>Obowi\u0105zek udzia\u0142u w tym procesie maj\u0105 wszyscy w\u0142a\u015bciciele istniej\u0105cych jednostek fizycznych wytw\u00f3rczych, kt\u00f3rych moc osi\u0105galna brutto jest nie mniejsza ni\u017c 2 MW<strong>.<\/strong> Obowi\u0105zek ten dotyczy wszystkich przedsi\u0119biorc\u00f3w prowadz\u0105cych dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107 w zakresie wytwarzania energii elektrycznej, r\u00f3wnie\u017c tych, kt\u00f3rzy nie s\u0105 obj\u0119ci obowi\u0105zkiem uzyskania koncesji na wytwarzanie energii elektrycznej udzielonej przez Prezesa URE.<\/p>\n<p>Nieprzyst\u0105pienie do certyfikacji og\u00f3lnej skutkuje mo\u017cliwo\u015bci\u0105 na\u0142o\u017cenia przez Prezesa URE kary administracyjnej na w\u0142a\u015bciciela jednostki fizycznej wytw\u00f3rczej, w wysoko\u015bci do 5 % przychodu osi\u0105gni\u0119tego w poprzednim roku obrotowym.<\/p>\n<p>Wi\u0119cej na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pse.pl\/rynek-mocy-informacje-ogolne\">PSE.pl<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>3 kwietnia 2018 r. rozpoczyna si\u0119 certyfikacja og\u00f3lna, zgodnie z art. 11 ustawy z dnia 8 grudnia 2017 r. o rynku mocy.
