Today, i.e. on July 28, 2023, the Sejm rejected the Senate’s amendment to the Act amending the Energy Law and certain other acts (the Senate’s amendments<\/a> and the Sejm’s reference to the Senate’s amendments<\/a>), regarding the deletion of Art.<\/span><\/span> 19 of the amending Act, which contains amendments to the Act of October 27, 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and support for certain recipients in 2023, resulting in the need to transfer 97% of<\/span><\/span> from the sale of guarantees of origin, financial instruments and other contracts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The bill will now be submitted for signature by the President.
