On April 18, 2023, the Council of Ministers adopted<\/a> a draft act amending the Energy Law and certain other acts (list number UC 74<\/a>), submitted by the Minister of Climate and Environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The draft act itself in its latest version has not yet been published.<\/span><\/span> This will take place in the near future in the bills submitted to the Sejm<\/a> on the website of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the bills submitted<\/a> on the website of the Sejm.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The draft act contains regulations regarding, among others, a direct line, energy storage, compensation for restrictions on energy production in RES installations, enabling energy consumers to change energy supplier within 24 hours from 2026, concluding contracts with dynamic prices, energy communities, aggregators and DSR services<\/span><\/span> .<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
