The government presented a concept of activities that are to be a response to the expected large increase in costs for electricity consumers.<\/span><\/span> The preferences are to apply to households and energy-intensive enterprises.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The key proposal is to introduce a guaranteed energy price for all households in the case of consumption up to 2,000 kWh per year. The higher limit – at the level of 2,600 kWh per year – is to apply to households with people with disabilities, three-plus families, i.e. families with a Large Family Card,<\/span><\/span> and farmers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Energy-intensive enterprises are also to count on a special aid package.<\/span><\/span> The government wants to allocate up to PLN 5 billion to support several hundred companies of this type.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Support will be granted to recipients on the condition of a minimum of 100%<\/span><\/span> increase in energy prices.<\/span><\/span> The disbursement of funds is to take place this year.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the published announcement, it was also announced that from next year entrepreneurs will be able to connect directly to renewable energy sources.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
