On November 4, 2022, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment<\/a> on the reference price of electricity from renewable energy sources and the periods applicable to producers who won auctions in a given year was published in the Journal of Laws.<\/span><\/span> The regulation entered into force the day after its publication.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

According to the regulation, the reference price for the installation:<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW, using only onshore wind energy to generate electricity, amounts to PLN 340 \/ MWh (the draft was PLN 320 \/ MWh);<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW, using only onshore wind energy to generate electricity, is PLN 295 per MWh (the draft was PLN 270 \/ MWh);<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is PLN 375 \/ MWh (the draft was PLN 340 \/ MWh);<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

– with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is PLN 355 \/ MWh (the draft was PLN 320 \/ MWh);<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
