As we informed earlier<\/a>, in accordance with the reference published at the end of June to the comments submitted as part of public consultations on the draft regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the change in the quantitative share of the sum of electricity resulting from redeemed certificates of origin confirming the production of electricity from renewable energy sources in 2023<\/em><\/span><\/span>, the ministry declared to increase this parameter from the originally planned 10% to 12%.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Now, on July 13, 2022, the updated version of the draft regulation<\/a> was published on the website of the Government Legislation Center, along with a letter exempting this document from the need for consideration by the Legal Committee, according to which the level of the obligation in 2023 is to be 12%, in line <\/span><\/span>with the previous declaration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The draft is to be sent for signature in the near future by the Minister.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
