2027"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Today, i.e. on July 5, 2022, the Ministry of Climate and Environment submitted for public consultations a draft <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">regulation of the Council of Ministers on the maximum amounts and values of electricity from renewable energy sources that may be sold by auction in individual consecutive calendar years 2022<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">\u20132027.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Public consultations on the draft will last 14 days, so comments can be submitted until July 19, 2022.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">As part of the draft, the following auction volumes are planned:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2022<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PV &#038; wind < 1 MW - 11 250 000 MWh, 3 825 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<li>PV &#038; wind > 1 MW &#8211; 11 250 000 MWh, 3 600 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2023<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PV &#038; wind < 1 MW - 11 250 000 MWh, 3 825 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<li>PV &#038; wind > 1 MW &#8211; 21 750 000 MWh, 6 225 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2024<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PV &#038; wind < 1 MW - 11 250 000 MWh, 3 825 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<li>PV &#038; wind > 1 MW &#8211; 21 750 000 MWh, 6 225 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2025<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PV &#038; wind < 1 MW - 11 250 000 MWh, 3 825 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<li>PV &#038; wind > 1 MW &#8211; 32 250 000 MWh, 8 850 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2026<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PV &#038; wind < 1 MW - 11 250 000 MWh, 3 825 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<li>PV &#038; wind > 1 MW &#8211; 53 250 000 MWh, 14 100 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2027<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PV &#038; wind < 1 MW - 11 250 000 MWh, 3 825 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<li>PV &#038; wind > 1 MW &#8211; 53 250 000 MWh, 14 100 000 000 PLN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">According to the justification presented for the draft:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;<span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">in the years 2022-2027, sales of electricity generated in new installations are planned, thanks to which it is assumed that new installations will connected, using<\/span><\/span><\/span>:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">onshore wind energy (with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW) &#8211; 3000 MW (250 MW \/ y each in 2023-2024, 500 MW \/ y in 2025 and 1000 MW \/ y in 2026-2027)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><em>,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">solar radiation energy (with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW) &#8211; 4500 MW (750 MW \/ y each)<\/span><\/span><\/span>,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>e<span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">solar radiation energy (with a total installed electric capacity of no more than 1 MW) &#8211; 4500 MW (750 MW \/ y each)<\/span><\/span><\/span>,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">hydropower (with a total installed electrical capacity greater than 1 MW) &#8211; 120 MW (20 MW \/ y each)<\/span><\/span><\/span>,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">hydropower (with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW) &#8211; 60 MW (10 MW \/ y each)<\/span><\/span><\/span>,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">agricultural biogas (with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW) &#8211; 300 MW (50 MW \/ y each)<\/span><\/span><\/span>,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">biogas obtained from landfills \/ biogas obtained from sewage treatment plants for electricity generation \/ other biogas \/ biomass in a dedicated biomass combustion installation \/ waste (with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW) &#8211; a total of 660 MW (15 MW \/ y each in 2022<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">, 2024 and 2026-2027, 400 MW \/ y in 2023 and 200 MW \/ y in 2025)<\/span><\/span><\/span>,<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">biogas obtained from landfills \/ biogas obtained from sewage treatment plants for electricity generation \/ other biogas \/ biomass in a dedicated biomass combustion installation (with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW) &#8211;
