{"id":11758,"date":"2021-04-13T14:04:18","date_gmt":"2021-04-13T12:04:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=11758"},"modified":"2021-04-13T14:14:53","modified_gmt":"2021-04-13T12:14:53","slug":"rada-ministrow-przyjela-projekt-nowelizacji-ustawy-oze","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/rada-ministrow-przyjela-projekt-nowelizacji-ustawy-oze\/","title":{"rendered":"The Council of Ministers adopted the draft amendment to the RES Act"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"intro\"><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">During today&#8217;s meeting, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft act amending the act on renewable energy sources and certain other acts (<a href=\"https:\/\/legislacja.rcl.gov.pl\/projekt\/12343600\/katalog\/12766444#12766444\">RCL list number UD107<\/a>).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">The most important solutions included in the project:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">The current state aid schemes for auctions for RES energy producers will be extended until December 31, 2021. However, support programs related to the sale of electricity at a fixed price (the so-called FiT system) or the right to subsidize the electricity market price (the so-called FiP system<\/span><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">) will be extended until June 30, 2024.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">After the notification of state aid to the European Commission, producers will be able to apply for support until the end of 2027. The notification will also result in the extension of the maximum period for receiving support for installations until June 30, 2047, in particular regarding:<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">the obligation to purchase unused electricity at a fixed price or the right to an additional payment to the market price of electricity under the so-called<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">FIT and FIP systems;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">the obligation to purchase electricity at a fixed price or the right to an additional payment to the market price of electricity under the auction system.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">A long-term schedule of providing support to RES producers for the next six years has been defined.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">The amount and value of electricity from renewable energy sources that can be auctioned in 2022-2027 will be set out in the regulation.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">The quantity and value cannot be reduced.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"pl\" data-phrase-index=\"0\">The remaining elements included in the draft amendment are described in more detail in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/premier\/projekt-ustawy-o-zmianie-ustawy-o-odnawialnych-zrodlach-energii-oraz-niektorych-innych-ustaw3\">announcement<\/a> published today by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During today&#8217;s meeting, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft act amending the act on renewable energy sources and certain other acts (RCL list number UD107).
