The website of the Government Legislation Center has published an updated draft act amending the Energy Law and certain other acts, introducing changes in the areas of, among others:<\/p>\n

  1. allocation of transmission capacity and management of transmission congestion, including general voting rules on decisions concerning applications prepared by designated operators of the electricity market;<\/li>\n
  2. recuperation of electricity returned to the overhead contact line as a result of vehicle braking and receipt of electricity by the charging point from the electric vehicle;<\/li>\n
  3. obligation of the storage system operator to develop instructions for the operation and operation of the storage facility;<\/li>\n
  4. legal basis for the operation of closed distribution systems;<\/li>\n
  5. comprehensive solutions for the operation and development of electricity storage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
