The Minister of Climate on September 17 this year.<\/span> approved the regulations<\/a> of this year’s auctions for the sale of electricity generated in RES installations established by the President of ERO.<\/span> It defines the detailed rules for the organization of the auction, such as the procedure for submitting bids as well as the course and method of resolving the auction.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A schedule of auctions for 2020 has also been agreed, which will be held between November 3 and December 3, 2020.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In accordance with the auction schedule for 2020<\/a> agreed with the Minister of Climate, the President of the ERO will conduct eight auctions.<\/span> The first one, as scheduled, will take place on November 3.<\/span> This is the only auction intended this year for “existing” installations and was dedicated to those that use only agricultural biogas, including high-efficiency cogeneration, with an installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The last auctions are planned in baskets which are traditionally the most popular, i.e. for large wind and photovoltaic installations – which will be carried out on November 26 this year.<\/span> and for small wind and photovoltaic installations – the auction will take place on December 3 this year.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
