{"id":10737,"date":"2020-08-28T07:59:42","date_gmt":"2020-08-28T05:59:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=10737"},"modified":"2020-08-28T08:00:48","modified_gmt":"2020-08-28T06:00:48","slug":"ministerstwo-konsultuje-pierwszy-etap-reformy-rynku-energii-elektrycznej","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/ministerstwo-konsultuje-pierwszy-etap-reformy-rynku-energii-elektrycznej\/","title":{"rendered":"The ministry is consulting on the first stage of the electricity market reform"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"intro\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">On August 20, 2020, the Ministry of Climate submitted to interministerial and social arrangements a draft regulation of the Minister of Climate amending the regulation on the detailed conditions of the power system.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">According to the published communication, the key issue of the draft are the rules of the electricity balancing market, which are currently regulated in Art.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">6 of the market regulation and in Commission Regulation (EU) 2017\/2195 of 23 November 2017 laying down guidelines for balancing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The implementation plan foresees a balancing market reform divided into two stages &#8211; the first from 1 January 2021 and the second from 1 January 2022.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">Apart from the issues related to the functioning of the balancing market, the amendment applies to the provisions on connecting devices to the power grid.<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">The need for amendment in this respect results from the need to adapt the executive provisions to the provisions of the Energy Law, and in terms of technical requirements for connected devices and connections between the power systems of different countries &#8211; to the market regulation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/klimat\/ministerstwo-konsultuje-pierwszy-etap-reformy-rynku-energii-elektrycznej\">Ministry for Climate communication<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On August 20, 2020, the Ministry of Climate submitted to interministerial and social arrangements a draft regulation of the Minister of Climate amending the regulation on the detailed conditions of the power system.
