A draft regulation on the maximum amount and value of electricity from renewable energy sources that can be auctioned in 2021 has been published on the website of the Government Legislation Center.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

According to the presented justification, in 2021 it is planned to sell electricity generated in new installations, thanks to which it is assumed that installations using:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– onshore wind energy (with a total installed electrical capacity greater than 1 MW) – 300 MW \/ 23,790,000 MWh,<\/span><\/p>\n

– solar radiation energy (with a total installed electrical capacity greater than 1 MW) – 700 MW \/ 23,790,000 MWh, <\/span><\/p>\n

– solar radiation energy (with a total installed electrical capacity of not more than 1 MW) – 1,000 MW \/ 14,700,000 MWh, <\/span><\/p>\n

– hydropower (with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW) – 20 MW, <\/span><\/p>\n

– hydropower (with a total installed electrical capacity of not more than 1 MW) – 10MW, <\/span><\/p>\n

– agricultural biogas (with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW) – 20 MW, <\/span><\/p>\n

– biogas obtained from landfills and biogas obtained from sewage treatment plants for electricity generation (with a total installed electrical capacity of no more than 1 MW) – 10 MW in total, <\/span><\/p>\n

– biomass, in a dedicated biomass combustion installation (with a total installed electrical capacity of more than 1 MW) – 100 MW.<\/span><\/p>\n

The draft ordinance assumes a value equal to “0” for the maximum amount and value of electricity from renewable energy sources in existing and modernized renewable energy installations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
