Zgodnie z Informacj\u0105 Prezesa Urz\u0119du Regulacji Energetyki nr 62\/2016<\/a>, od 1 stycznia 2017 r. do 31 grudnia 2017 r. stawka netto op\u0142aty OZE\u00a0tj. stawka pomniejszona o nale\u017cny podatek od towar\u00f3w i\u00a0us\u0142ug, wynosi: 3,70 z\u0142\/MWh.<\/strong><\/p>\n

W my\u015bl art. 45 ust. 7 ustawy z 10 kwietnia 1997 r. – Prawo energetyczne przedsi\u0119biorstwa energetyczne uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105 w taryfie za us\u0142ugi przesy\u0142ania lub dystrybucji energii elektrycznej, op\u0142at\u0119, o\u00a0kt\u00f3rej mowa w art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy o odnawialnych \u017ar\u00f3d\u0142ach energii, ustalan\u0105 na podstawie stawki op\u0142aty OZE, o kt\u00f3rej mowa w art. 98 ust. 1 tej ustawy, obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cej w danym roku.<\/div>\n

W przypadku, gdy od 1 stycznia 2017 r. nie zostanie wprowadzona do stosowania taryfa uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105ca stawk\u0119 op\u0142aty OZE w wysoko\u015bci, o kt\u00f3rej mowa w Informacji<\/em>, przedsi\u0119biorstwo to jest obowi\u0105zane w rozliczeniach z odbiorcami ko\u0144cowymi od 1 stycznia 2017 r. pobiera\u0107 op\u0142at\u0119 OZE wed\u0142ug stawki opublikowanej w Informacji<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
