{"id":10315,"date":"2020-07-09T06:56:02","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T04:56:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/seo.org.pl\/?p=10315"},"modified":"2020-07-09T07:05:09","modified_gmt":"2020-07-09T05:05:09","slug":"nowelizacja-ustawy-oze-w-wykazie-prac-rm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seo.org.pl\/en\/nowelizacja-ustawy-oze-w-wykazie-prac-rm\/","title":{"rendered":"Amendment of the RES Act in the list of works of the Council of Ministers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">The list of legislative works of the Council of Ministers published the assumptions of the bill amending the act on renewable energy sources, whose planned date of adoption by the Council of Ministers was set for the third quarter of this year. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">As expected, the draft aims to extend the maximum period for granting public aid under the auction system<\/span> <span title=\"\">and FIT and FIP systems from &#8220;June 30, 2021&#8221;<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">until &#8216;June 30, 2026&#8217;, i.e. 5 years. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The condition for applying this amendment will be obtaining a positive decision of the European Commission on the compatibility of public aid provided for in the relevant provisions with the internal market or recognition by the European Commission that the changes in these provisions do not constitute a new<\/span> <span title=\"\">public aid.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The draft in the transitional provisions will provide for an appropriate suspension clause.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">The amendment will also include:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\"><span title=\"\">changes aimed at limiting the concession obligations for entrepreneurs conducting economic activity in the field of small installations, by increasing the threshold of the total installed electrical capacity from 0.5 MW to 1 MW or combined thermal capacity from 0.9 MW to 3 MW; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\"><span title=\"\">confirmation at the level of<\/span> Act of the current practice regarding the method of determining the total installed capacity of renewable energy electric installation renewable energy; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">editorial changes and ordering changes introduced in previous amendments;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bip.kprm.gov.pl\/kpr\/bip-rady-ministrow\/prace-legislacyjne-rm-i\/prace-legislacyjne-rady\/wykaz-prac-legislacyjny\/r6382412883511,Projekt-ustawy-o-zmianie-ustawy-o-odnawialnych-zrodlach-energii-oraz-niektorych-.html\">Draft Act in the list of CM legislative works<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The list of legislative works of the Council of Ministers published the assumptions of the bill amending the act on renewable energy sources, whose planned date of adoption by the Council of Ministers was set for the third quarter of this year.
