An updated version of the draft act amending the act on investments in wind farms and certain other acts has been published on the Sejm’s website.
The Minister of Climate and Environment was authorized to present the Government’s position on the draft in the course of parliamentary work.
At the same time, today the draft has been submitted for consideration by the Parliamentary Legislative Office.
There is no information yet on the further procedure of the draft in the Sejm.
