Yesterday, April 19, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of April 16, 2021 on the reference price of electricity from renewable energy sources in 2021 and the periods for producers who won auctions in 2021 was published in the Journal of Laws. The Regulation shall enter into force on the following day after the day of announcement.
According to the regulation, the reference price for the installation of:
- with a total installed electrical capacity of not more than 1 MW, using only wind energy onshore to generate electricity, is PLN 320 / MWh;
- with a total installed electrical capacity greater than 1 MW, using only wind energy onshore to generate electricity , amounts to PLN 250 / MWh (the project originally provided for PLN 230 / MWh);
- with a total installed electric capacity of no more than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, it is PLN 340 / MWh;
- with a total installed capacity electricity greater than 1 MW, using only solar radiation energy to generate electricity, is 320 PLN / MWh.
