Deputy Minister of Climate, Ireneusz Zyska, announced that the offshore act would be discussed by the government and, after approval, it would go to the Sejm. It was supposed to be adopted in November and enter into force at the beginning of next year, but the draft of this law was not adopted during the October meeting.
