The Act amending the Act on amending the Act on amending the Act on Excise Duty and certain other acts, the Act on Energy Efficiency and the Act on Biocomponents and Liquid Biofuels appeared on the website of the Sejm. The draft amendment to the Act includes an extension of the validity of these certificates by two years. On 11 June, quotations on the property rights market started, the lowest price of certificates was already 524 PLN/toe and the highest – 750 PLN. Fixing was set at 600 PLN/toe.
