Then the Senate dealt with the act, adopting amendments to it (Senate resolution – amendments) providing for the reduction of the obligation to 50%. for designated manufacturers. Now the Sejm is dealing with Senate amendments. Yesterday, on November 3, 2022, a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Energy, Climate and State Assets took place, which recommended that all Senate amendments be rejected.
