Yesterday, i.e. on March 9, 2023, at the plenary session, the Sejm voted on the Senate’s amendments to the act amending the act on investments in wind farms and certain other set (paper no. 3038).
The only amendments that were finally adopted are the technical and legislative amendments of the Legislative Office of the Senate (amendments 4, 5, 6 and 9) – all voted amendments are available at this link. Therefore, the minimum distance adopted in the Act at which wind farms can be located from residential buildings is 700 meters.
The act was submitted for signature by the President of the Republic of Poland.
