On November 25 and 26, 2019, two auctions were held for the sale of electricity from renewable energy sources
The first auction was intended for producers of energy from biomass and biogas installations (other than agricultural) with a capacity above 1 MW.
The second auction was for energy producers in agricultural biogas plants with a capacity above 1 MW.
The first auction has not been settled because of insufficient bids
In the second auction, three bids were submitted, two won. As part of the auction, 220 GWh of electricity worth almost PLN 128 million was sold.
